Windhill Design manages and renews domain names for our customers two different ways.

METHOD 1: We manage the domain through our preferred domain registrar, eNom, and when a domain is due for renewal, we will invoice you directly for it.

METHOD 2: Some customers elect to self-manage their domain names through a sub account. For these domains, you’ll get renewal notifications directly from eNom (that reference this page) and you will log in to your sub account at www.enom.com with your UserID and pay for domain renewals directly with your credit card with eNom.

If you have landed on this page from a renewal email you have received, most likely your domain name is in a sub account. If you have forgotten your UserID, we can look that up for you so just send an email to support@windhill.com and be sure to mention your domain name so we can look it up.
