I had a successful SEO workshop at the Amoskeag Business Incubator in Manchester yesterday. Business owners from around the State were in attendance for an hour-long introduction to search engine optimization. Topics covered were keyword research, difference between organic, PPC and local search, relevancy on and off page factors and competitive analysis. Below is a copy of an e-mail I received after the workshop from an attendee.
I just wanted to say that today was my first ABI event and you did a great job for them and for you.
I thought you presentation was very thorough and knowledgeable as well had a casual and open feel to it. I found you to be creditable and you earned my respect as a speaker/presenter/lecturer.
In the last few months I have started my own business/website and have learned a lot on my own in a short time without seeking any outside help, until today. Your workshop today really helped to educate me on the extra things I should be doing. And while I’m sure I will still have questions and have lots to learn, I am looking forward to putting to use what I learned today.
I will be sure to follow-up with you in a month or two just for the sake of knowing what you did for others (me).
Thank you very much,
