Web Design Services
All web design projects require a deposit before work can commence. Once paid, these fees are non-refundable. Each web design project has a detailed service agreement that must be signed by Windhill Design and the client before work can start. This agreement details the refund policies for any uncompleted projects. Maintenance work that is billed for existing clients is non-refundable.

Web Site Hosting
Most customers pay quarterly, twice a year or annual for web site hosting. Once paid, these fees are non-refundable. Customers need to submit a request in writing to cancel their hosting account prior to their payment term renewal date.

Online Marketing and SEO Services
Due to the nature of these services, no refunds are given for consulting fees paid to Windhill Design.
