Defining Bounce Rate

During the course of my last two SEO workshops, the same question came up, “How do you define a ‘bounce’ when talking about the bounce rate?” I thought I had a pretty good idea how to define this as a bounce is what happens when a person leaves a web page, most commonly the home page. However, I didn’t know if there was a specific time limit so I did a little research. Wikipedia had a great entry on defining bounce rates. Check it out at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bounce_Rate
